Motorcycle Rental Terms in Bali
The essentials: a passport is enough to sign the agreement, helmets and delivery are included, and the deposit depends on the model and is returned the moment you bring the bike back. Details below.
Documents you need
To sign the rental agreement you only need your passport. We do not take or hold the original — it stays with you.
To ride legally in Indonesia you need a national licence with category A and an International Driving Permit (IDP). Carry both: an IDP is not valid without the national licence.
Deposit
The deposit depends on the model. A scooter and a premium sportbike carry different amounts, so we quote the deposit when you book a specific bike.
It is returned when you return the bike. We do not hold the deposit “pending inspection” or stretch the refund over days — you hand over the bike, you get your deposit back.
Fuel
We hand over bikes with whatever fuel level is in the tank at the time, and that level is recorded at handover.
The bike should come back with the same fuel level. If there is less, you simply cover the difference at the price of the fuel. There are no penalties beyond the actual cost of petrol.

Delivery to Ngurah Rai Airport costs IDR 100,000 (about USD 7).
International Driving Permit in 3–5 days
If you hold a national licence from any country with category A, we will arrange an International Driving Permit in 3–5 working days for USD 100. No exams — the whole process is online.
What to send: a photo of your national licence, a photo of your passport data page, a photo on a white background and your signature on a sheet of white paper.

Rental periods and discounts
Rates are tiered: 1–2 days, 3–6 days, 7–14 days and monthly. The longer the period, the lower the daily rate — a week already brings a noticeable discount, and long-term rental from one month is the best value.

Insurance and damage
The bikes are insured, and the insurance carries an excess equal to the deposit amount. In practice this means damage up to the deposit is covered by the renter, and anything above that amount is covered by the insurance.
Because the deposit depends on the model, so does the excess — we quote both when you book a specific bike.
One important point: insurance assumes you were riding legally. If you ride without a category A licence, insurers will normally decline the claim.
What to do if the bike breaks down
Call or message us — the contact is in your rental agreement and support runs around the clock on WhatsApp and Telegram.
From there it depends on the situation: our mechanic comes out and fixes the problem on the spot, or we swap the bike for another one. You do not need to deal with the breakdown yourself or look for a workshop.
Cancellation
Cancelling 30 days or more before the rental starts is free — any prepayment is returned in full.
Cancelling later than that carries a cancellation fee. Your manager will confirm the exact amount, as it depends on the model and the length of the booking — so if your plans change, message us as early as you can.

Pick a model from the catalogue and message us on WhatsApp or Telegram. We will confirm availability for your dates, quote the deposit for that specific bike and arrange delivery. We are open daily from 09:00 to 20:00.
